Caregiver Wellness Group

The purpose of this group is to identify self-care strategies, discuss the benefits and challenges of maintaining self-care, and to gain a better understanding of wellness among primary caregivers.

Hosted by Dr. Tiffany M. Bordonada, an assistant professor in the Department of Counseling and Human Services at The University of Scranton.

These group sessions will be held virtually via Zoom once a week on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. on the following dates: April 29 / May 6 / May 13 / May 20

Who is this group for?

The Caregiver Wellness Group is a psycho-educational group for adults, 18 years or older, who identify as a caregiver.
